Job summary

Miller & Carter - Poole is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations and lead a team in delivering excellent dining experiences. You’ll host guests, supervise shifts and model training standards within the restaurant setting.

You’ll support training, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued. Mitchells & Butlers benefits are mentioned, including holiday accrual and discounts where applicable.
