Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a formal Shift Supervisor for Miller & Carter in Poole. The role focuses on welcoming guests, leading a team, and maintaining high service standards in a busy steakhouse environment.

You will participate in staff development and uphold cleanliness and safety, ensuring an outstanding guest experience across the brand's sites.
