Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Owler Bar site. You will welcome guests, lead a team to deliver great service, and train staff to maintain high standards across dining experiences.

The role supports the brand’s hospitality ethos at a busy location and involves supervising daily operations with a customer-first mindset. You’ll work full-time in a permanent position, with flexible shifts and a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences.
