No experience is needed to work as a Shift Supervisor for our client's busy food production warehouse.

Staffline is recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to work in Old Leake, near Boston.

The rate of pay is £13.71 per hour.

Typical shift times are 6.30am to 6pm across all 7 days.

You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Your Time at Work

As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist in the manufacturing of food, working on a fast-paced production line.

Working in a food production environment, you will provide on-site support to the client and Staffline.

You will deal with any issues that arise, ensuring all workers follow processes and procedures, whilst performing to client standards.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Shift Supervisor will have experience in working in a busy food production warehouse.

You will have a sound understanding of standards and be able to motivate the team to adhere to these at all times.

Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is desirable for this role.
