Job summary

Browns Leeds is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a friendly team in a busy Browns Brasserie and Bar location. You’ll welcome guests, manage service flow and help coach staff to maintain high standards.

With a focus on great service and team training, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences from brunch through to evening occasions, while enjoying staff discounts, pension, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift supervision or team leadership.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
