Job summary

Rose & Crown, part of Premium Country Pubs owned by Mitchells & Butler, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a front-of-house team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll host guests, supervise service, and coach your team to deliver consistent, friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience of customer service in hospitality is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and confidently leading your team.
• Act as shift leader and role model for staff training.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the venue.
