Bathampton Mill is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run the site day-to-day, welcome guests, and confidently lead the team. You’ll role-model training practices and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ability to train and develop team members.

• Act as shift leader and role model for staff.
• Support training and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
