Job summary

O'Neill's High Wycombe is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, lead a team and train staff across shifts. You’ll drive great service, manage guest experiences, and uphold brand standards across all hours of operation.

The role focuses on hosting, supervising shifts, coaching team members, and ensuring rigorous cleanliness and safety standards are maintained, with a supportive team culture and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail environments preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Comfortable serving guests and handling busy shift periods.
• Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
