Mitchells & Butlers plc, via Vintage Inns Bay Horse, is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, host, serve and lead a small team to deliver warm, consistent service in a cosy pub setting.

You’ll train new staff, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and act as a role model during daily operations. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, and the chance to build lasting hospitality skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality or retail settings preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude.
• Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues.

• Be part of day-to-day site operations, hosting guests and leading your team.
