Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor at The Bears Head to oversee daily operations, welcome guests, and lead and train a dedicated team. You’ll ensure smooth service, set high standards, and role-model a customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, acting as a host, serving guests and confidently leading your team.
• Lead as a shift supervisor and mentor fellow team members.
• Model best practices and guide training for the team.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.
