Three Hammers at Ember Inns is looking for a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, supervise the team and uphold excellent service in a warm pub setting.

You’ll lead shifts, train colleagues, and ensure cleanliness and safety while delivering great guest experiences. Join a local community venue within Mitchells & Butlers and enjoy supportive teamwork and ongoing development opportunities.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
