Job summary

California pub is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team and ensure guests receive a warm, efficient service at all times.

You’ll oversee daily operations, train staff, and role-model high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong guest focus and communication.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
