Toby Carvery - Highnam is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, drive great service, and lead a team that makes every visit memorable.

You’ll be part of the day-to-day site operations, act as shift leader, train colleagues, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. The role comes with a pension, 28 days holiday, shopping discounts, and other Mitchells & Butlers benefits.
