Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Glasgow is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor for the Tennents Bar to welcome guests and steer a small team toward outstanding service on every shift.

You’ll lead by example, train staff, and ensure operations run smoothly, with a strong focus on hospitality standards, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervision and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site, hosting guests and leading the team.
