Job summary

Overview

Bondelivery specialise in the secure storage and transportation of goods to a wide variety of high profile customers throughout Ireland. We have the following permanent vacancies on our Day Shift in our Nutts Corner Depot.

Ref: SUP/4/25/3 — SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Role details

We require an enthusiastic self-starter ideally with previous supervisory experience in a fast moving warehouse environment.

Day shift starts at 06:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Work pattern - 4 shifts on / 4 shifts off over 8 week rotation plus overtime as required

Essential skills for the role

• Previous supervisory experience preferably in a fast moving warehouse environment
• Proven track record of effective multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to adopt a “can do” attitude by assigning and adapting duties/tasks to consistently meet and exceed strict deadlines
• Ability to arrange staff rotas/cover to create a proactive environment with efficient product workflow
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns and working hours

Desirable skills for the role

• Previous experience using hand-held terminals/scanners
• Previous experience carrying out appraisal, investigation, return to work and/or disciplinary processes
