Job summary

All Bar One Airside is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a team, and maintain service standards. You’ll train colleagues, manage shifts, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the site.

The role offers daily hospitality challenges with opportunities to grow within Mitchells & Butlers’ brand portfolio. You'll be part of a vibrant city-centre bar team, delivering consistent experiences from morning coffees to evening cocktails.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/service industry preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
