MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Shift Role)

Salary: £43,805.99 - £47,805.90 per annum (potential to earn further allowances for AP duties)

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 42 hours per week

What you'll do:

Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Manage Maintenance: Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive works, optimizing building performance.

Monitor Systems: Utilize BMS systems to monitor site operations and identify potential issues.

Deliver Excellence: Respond promptly to client requests, provide exceptional customer service, and implement innovative solutions.

Report and Analyze: Maintain accurate records, generate insightful reports, and drive continuous improvement.




What you'll need:

Technical Expertise: NVQ Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical bias and strong experience in facilities management.

BMS Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage building management systems.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and delegate effectively.

Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

Desirable Qualifications:

IOSH or SMSTS certification
