Job summary

Toby Carvery - Watergate Toll is looking for a part-time Shift Supervisor to help run the site with warmth and great service. You will lead a team, host guests and ensure the team delivers memorable experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will support training, oversee shifts, and contribute to a welcoming, fun environment for both guests and colleagues. A pension, holiday entitlement, staff discounts, and other benefits form part of the package.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Able to train and develop team members.
