Job summary

Swan is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to welcome guests warmly and lead a team focused on great service. You’ll train staff and ensure smooth shift operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership preferred.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

• Be a shift leader and role model for the team, assisting with training.
