The Ferry Hotel is seeking a Shift Supervisor to welcome guests, lead a friendly team and ensure smooth daily service across our busy site.

You’ll host guests, oversee shifts, train colleagues and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, helping every guest feel valued and at home. Mitchells & Butlers benefits include pension, 28 days’ holiday and exclusive staff discounts.

As Shift Supervisor at the Ferry Hotel, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.
