Job summary

Carbon is seeking a skilled Shift Multiskilled Engineer to deliver PPM, reactive maintenance and breakdown support at a prestigious Chelsea healthcare facility. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs and uphold high safety and service standards in a live environment.

Responsibilities include documenting activity in real time, coordinating with the contract administrator, and ensuring compliance with SOPs, SOAs, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold relevant electrical installation qualifications and be able to demonstrate diagnostic skills.
• Experience delivering PPM, reactive maintenance and fault finding in live environments.
• Ability to maintain safe systems of work, risk assessments and compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across building services to ensure safe operation.
• Record work in real time using PDA and CAFM, with clear notes and timings.
• Fault find and rectify faults on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clean plant rooms and operate Permit to Work procedures.
