Shift QC Analyst - Chemicals

Northwich

3-Shift Rotation Mon-Fri

£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

We're looking for a skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our client's busy production site in Northwich. This is a hands-on lab-based role supporting manufacturing by carrying out accurate and timely testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products.

The Role

Perform a variety of qualitative and quantitative tests using techniques including HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, RI, SG, particle size analysis and titrations.

Ensure products meet internal specifications and customer expectations.

Support investigations into non-conforming products and contribute to process improvements.

Provide technical analysis services to manufacturing and production teams.

Maintain, calibrate and manage lab equipment to ensure accuracy of results.

Uphold high standards of Health & Safety and laboratory housekeeping.

What We're Looking For

Degree qualified in Chemistry (or a closely related scientific discipline)

3-5 years' QC laboratory experience within a manufacturing or chemical environment

Solid Hands-on Experience With HPLC And GC Is Essential

Familiarity with a range of other analytical techniques

Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organisational skills

Comfortable working a 3-shift pattern (Mon-Fri)

3-Shift Rotation (Monday to Friday)

06:00-13:30 Mon - Fri

13:00-21:00 Mon - Fri
