What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit a shift supervisor to support the production team at North Scarle Packing Centre. Duties include:

  • Supervising the grading operation
  • Supervising team resource allocation
  • Daily KPI reporting
  • Driving performance by motivating the team and leading by example
  • Communicating the production plan to ensure requirements are met
  • Responsible for training staff within the working environment
