Shift Production Manager (6:30-15:30)

My client, a successful and well-respected food manufacturer in Middlesborough, is seeking a Shift Production Manager to oversee and lead the daily production within a fast-paced food manufacturing site.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for all operations and execution of the plan to produce high-quality products as per customer demand, adhering to health and safety on site.
You will have excellent communication and leadership skills. As a 'people person', you will manage, develop, and lead your teams. You will be KPI-focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and people development.

Skills & Experience

1. Demonstrable management experience, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
2. Uses own initiative with good time management.
3. Strong and confident leader.
4. Proven track record of managing a team to deliver business targets.
5. Quality focused.
6. Able to implement and manage change.
7. Good attention to detail and numbers.
8. Good decision maker and problem solver.
9. IT literate.
10. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, procedures, and technical knowledge.

Role

• Tuesday-Saturday
• 6:30-15:30
• Development and progression
