We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Shift Manager to join our team within Vistry Works at our flagship factory in Coalville, Leicestershire.

As a Production Shift Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing and the Head of I-Joist and Trusses and be responsible for managing the entire production team on that shift. This team includes two shift supervisors, several working supervisors, and over 100 factory operatives within a timber engineering manufacturing facility. You will oversee all automated and manual production lines, maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and product quality.

This is a new role for our current facility, establishing an entirely new team for an afternoon shift. The proposed shift hours are 14:00 – 22:30, Monday – Thursday, and 14:00 – 20:00 on Fridays.
