Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all departments as Duty Manager of the site, ensuring the business plan is implemented to achieve site targets and being the point of contact and decision maker for all operational issues.
  • Identifying and resolving any production risks.
  • Analysing and interpreting a range of business data to maximise operational excellence and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Directing and influencing teams to achieve business objectives through effective communication.

About you:

  • Comfortable navigating complexity to find long-term solutions.
  • A track record of creating a supportive, motivating work environment and the ability to get the best out of every team member.
  • A skilled problem solver who works with the team to identify potential risks and pragmatic solutions.
  • Ability to interpret data and use it to improve business performance.
  • Experience in implementing change initiatives and modelling behaviours that support team focus and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
