SearchWorks Pty Ltd, on behalf of a rapidly growing, technology-led logistics business, is recruiting a hands-on Shift Manager to lead parcel-sortation operations at its London site. You’ll take ownership of a busy shift, manage a frontline operational team and ensure safety, productivity, quality and service targets are consistently met.

• Leadership experience in warehousing or logistics.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to make calm, practical decisions under pressure.
• Confidence using data to identify problems and improve performance.
• A positive, hands-on leadership style.
• Flexibility to work an agreed day or night-shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing parcel-sortation operations during your shift.
