Job Opportunity: Shift Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager to join an established and successful leading food manufacturing organisation based in North Yorkshire. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary, good benefits, and a Monday to Saturday day pattern.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day shift production
2. Ensure health and safety expectations are met at all times
3. Ensure the factory runs safely and effectively
4. Maximize production output
5. Deliver the daily and weekly production plan
6. Lead, manage, and drive the production team to achieve KPIs

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment, preferably in the food industry. Knowledge of food safety systems and factory standards is essential.
