We're opening a new Drive Thru by the Reading Showcase Cinema in Winnersh, Reading, which means we are expanding our team.
The ideal Shift Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced QSR environment with high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable with people and customers, and driven to deliver excellent results.

As a Shift Manager, you'll support the General and Assistant Managers to ensure shifts meet Five Guys standards and that customers leave satisfied. You'll demonstrate leadership, coaching, and direction to your team, embodying our values for both staff and customers.
