We are looking for a full or part-time passionate, energetic Shift Manager to lead from the front and create exceptional dining experiences at our new Richmond pasta restaurant. You will be involved in cooking, serving, and managing operations in a vibrant environment featuring fresh pasta, live pasta-making, Italian music, and more.

Responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing restaurant operations during your shift.
2. Ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and operational procedures.
3. Managing kitchen and dining areas, preparing dishes, and maintaining quality standards.
4. Leading and training staff, managing shifts and staffing levels.
5. Engaging with guests, providing excellent customer service.
6. Handling cash, transactions, and assisting with budget management.
7. Conducting safety checks and maintaining a positive work environment.

Who you are:

1. Experienced in hospitality, with previous shift management experience.
