Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver on Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• To deliver a competent production team through the identification of skills gaps and the delivery of training.
• To lead continuous improvement activities within the factory to improve processes and workplace organisation.
• To promote and monitor within the team the adherence to Quality standards.
