The Cross Keys, Beverley, part of J D Wetherspoon, seeks a Shift Manager to support the Pub Manager, run shifts and lead the team. You will handle customer interactions, cash and administration, while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Running shifts: taking responsibility for pub operation, complying with standards and legislation, dealing with customers and cash.
• Leading, supporting and motivating the team to deliver great service.
• Prioritising tasks, delegating and solving problems to keep the pub running smoothly.
• Working across front of house and in the kitchen as needed.
• Delivering high standards of cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance and atmosphere.
