Job summary

Domino’s in Shoeburyness is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee store operations during shifts, lead the team, and maintain high service standards. You’ll coach staff to reach their potential and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy setting.

You should have experience in a busy environment, with supervisory exposure, knowledge of food safety, and strong leadership and communication skills. Evening and weekend work is expected; right to work for the location is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced busy setting is required.
• Supervisory experience in food/retail preferred.
• Solid understanding of food safety practices.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during designated shifts.
• Open and close store; manage shift changes and reports.
• Ensure food preparation adheres to company standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate and outstanding customer service.
• Maintain product control and correct preparation volumes.
• Uphold store cleaning standards and HACCP expectations.
• Complete statutory paperwork per Food Hygiene Regulations and Health & Safety rules.
