Staffline is recruiting a Shift Manager for a team of sandwich and food-to-go specialists in Aylesbury. The role is full-time, with 4 on/3 off shifts, 10.5-hour days and a 30-minute break. Weekend work may be required. Salary is £40,000 per annum with full training provided.

Lead production teams, ensure plans are met, and uphold strict food safety standards and continuity across shifts. Experience in fast-paced food manufacturing and rotating shifts is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of GMP and food safety practices.

• Flexible with rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Aufgaben

• Lead, motivate, and manage all shift-based production teams (40–150 colleagues).
• Ensure daily production plans are delivered on time and in full.
• Maintain high standards of GMP, hygiene, and chilled chain integrity.
• Conduct effective shift handovers to maintain continuity across shifts.
• Oversee HACCP compliance, allergen controls, traceability, and temperature monitoring.
