You will oversee daily operations, manage rosters, coach staff, and maintain store standards, health and safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Weekend availability and evenings are required, with a competitive £13.00 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to lead a team on busy shifts.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to keep the store running smoothly.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to have the right people at the right time.
• Coach staff to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain store hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand standards and safety policies.
• Support local promotions and drive sales to meet targets.
