Job Opportunity: Shift Manager at a Hotel near Hunstanton

Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Shift Manager for a popular hotel establishment near Hunstanton. In this role, you will oversee hotel operations during your shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling and Staff Management: Collaborate with the General Manager and staff to ensure all tasks and paperwork are completed. Assign duties to staff to facilitate smooth operations.
  2. Guest Services: Greet and serve guests, handle complaints promptly and courteously, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  3. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety regulations, monitor inventory, and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Management experience required
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Shift Details

45 hours per week, with 2 days off. Weekends required.

Salary

£27,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
