What You’ll Be Doing
As a Shift Manager, you'll play a central role in the store’s daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading and motivating the team during your shift to maintain high store standards
* Providing excellent customer service and confidently handling customer queries
* Keeping the store well-presented and fully stocked
* Supporting stock deliveries and efficient stockroom management
* Acting as a keyholder, with responsibility for store opening and closing
