Job summary

Greggs in the Stenhousemuir area is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Shifts are afternoons, typically 1pm–7pm, 5 days a week, totaling 25 hours, with pay at £14.50 per hour including a 70p uplift.

You’ll manage product preparation, displays and standards while supporting shop operations across in-store and online orders, delivery, and Click+Collect.

Qualifications

• Leadership and customer service experience preferred.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.

As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible for looking after the shop when the Managerisn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.

We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive thru. Y ou'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable
