Responsibilities

• Responsible for Crew & Quality Control
• Supporting the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
• Provide an "above and beyond" experience for your team while creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun as part of the management team
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience — deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
• Lead from the front and be hands-on most of the time, working on the line and in the dining room
• Ensure that each shift runs smoothly and that company values inform shift management
