Overview

In every restaurant, you'll find talented Shift Managers and you will be responsible for supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure that every shift is run to Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves the restaurant feeling better than when they arrived.

Our Shift Managers are there to demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction to the team and bringing our values to life for their team and our customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the delivery of perfect burgers and fries while providing an "above & beyond" experience for your team and customers.
• Create an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
• Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience; deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way.
• Ensure each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management.
• Lead from the front, be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area.
• Responsible for Crew & Quality Control.
