Relay Technologies is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee sortation operations, recruit and train site operatives, and lead a high-performing team. The role emphasizes health and safety, data-driven improvements, and close collaboration with stakeholders to support site-wide success.

The Opportunity

As the Shift Manager at Relay, you can expect to have the following responsibilities

• Overseeing sortation operations during your shift to ensure targets are met
