As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a fast-paced factory operation ensuring all KPIs are achieved on your shift.

The Shift Managers Key Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the production team towards operational excellence
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nurture team development
• Implement a transparent and open management approach for success

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Previous experience in leading teams in Food Production / FMCG sector
• Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and communication
• Ambitious, pragmatic, and high-energy individual

Please note this role operates on a Monday- Friday Days-based shift pattern (6-2 / 2-10).
