A popular food retailer in St. Neots is seeking a Shift Manager to motivate the team and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes leading by example during shifts, managing product preparation, and maintaining high shop standards. About the role
You’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.
We serve our customers across different channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.
