Job summary

Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a motivated Shift Manager to lead smooth shifts, support and develop the team, and maintain high service, food quality and cleanliness standards. You’ll be hands-on on the floor and set the tone during busy periods.

Based in one of our restaurants, you’ll motivate colleagues, drive operational performance, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience through active coaching, stock control, and delivering fast, friendly service.

About theRole

As a ShiftManager, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts whilesupporting and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining highstandards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customerhas a great experience.

You’llmotivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track duringbusy periods. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead by example, build teamconfidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance.

This role isbased in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as ordertakeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead from the front duringbusy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure everycustomer leaves with a great experience.
