Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily shifts in one of our Reading restaurants. You will motivate the team, maintain high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness, and step in during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll lead from the front, develop Crew Members, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. This hands-on role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, inclusive team environment.

About theRole

As a ShiftManager, you’ll take the lead in running smooth, successful shifts whilesupporting and developing your team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining highstandards across service, food quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customerhas a great experience.

You’llmotivate the team, step in where needed, and keep everything on track duringbusy periods. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, build teamconfidence, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance.

This role isbased in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as ordertakeaway and delivery. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead from the front duringbusy shifts, supporting your team, driving standards, and making sure everycustomer leaves with a great experience.
