About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the shop in the absence of the Manager. You will motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have everything needed to excel. We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in-store or online. Typical shift responsibilities include:

  1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
  2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
  3. Preparing products, including sandwiches and managing ovens
  4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked with a variety of options
  5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment
