A leading logistics company in Norwich is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee depot operations, manage transport activities, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and process management skills, along with a good understanding of resource management. Contract Type: Permanent– 45 hours per week
Location: Norwich
Shift: Days / Mon - Fri / 06:00 - 15:00

You will lead the depot operations team, with a focus on conducting effective driver pre-briefs and de-briefs. Ensure all driver and operational documentation is accurately completed and maintained. Provide clear communication for drivers and customers, via telephone and company IT systems to support operations.
