Job description

Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers.

As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn’t present. You will motivate the team and ensure they have what they need to excel.

We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead efforts to ensure customers have a great experience, whether ordering in store or online.

During a typical shift, you can expect to:

• Inspire the team to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards
• Lead by example by serving customers efficiently and courteously
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
• Keep displays stocked and attractive for customers
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming shop environment
