About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers. You’ll be responsible for managing the shop in the absence of the Manager, engaging and motivating the team, and ensuring they have what they need to excel. We serve customers across various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers have a positive experience whether they order in-store or online. Typical shift duties include:

  1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and maintaining high standards
  2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
  3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
  4. Ensuring displays are fully stocked and attractive
  5. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
