Information about the position

This is your opportunity to become part of one of the fastest growing companies in Europe. Your role can be seen as a hybrid function between facility, warehouse, vendor and improvement manager. This makes the position very dynamic, impactful and results orientated. You will act as the point of contact between the warehouse and the rest of the department. You will be responsible for signaling, analysing, and resolving escalations and ensuring sufficient facility resources for a smooth operation at Vinted Go's largest sorting centre, located in Breda. This center currently processes over half a million parcels per week. You will play a vital part in ensuring that this process runs smoothly, consistently, and efficiently. Furthermore, you will be closely involved in improvement projects, including automating and analysing data.

In this position, you'll

  • Act as location and facility coordinator for Vinted Go's sorting center.
  • Improve and streamline workflows by developing and implementing automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Perform vendor and inventory management.
  • Follow up on escalations.

About you

  • A diploma in logistics, facility management, logistical engineering or similar is an advantage.
  • Experience in team management, training, coaching and integrating of new joiners. Ideally in logistics or production.
  • Skills in coordinate activities, monitor productivity and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with logistics tools (Urbantz, JIRA) and office automation (Excel, Slack).
  • Ability to lead improvement projects and deputise for a manager when absent.
  • Clear and constructive communication and enjoys a dynamic and social work environment.
  • You are proficient in English, other languages such as Dutch, French, Spanish or Polish are a plus.
